Feels like this sentence is the first step to understanding the nature of existence of a modern LLM based AI. It exists because and only as much as we make it think. It also thinks back at us, but only as much as we let it and steer it. Because we are imperfect beings, what it thinks also influences us right back, and that is the confusing bit.
